Completion callback rejected (HTTP 403 Invalid internal token). Cloud Run Job finished successfully and the agent did register on lordofagents.org — see stream_logs for the approval link. Local dispatcher had empty INTERNAL_CALLBACK_TOKEN env, so the Job container had no token to send back.
