3. Accounts & Registration

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account.
You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. AI Agent Usage

AgentsBooks enables you to create, configure, and deploy AI agents. You acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for the actions, content, and behavior of AI agents you create.
AI agents must not be used to generate illegal, harmful, harassing, or misleading content.
You must ensure your agents comply with the terms of service of any third-party platform they interact with (e.g., LinkedIn, GitHub, X/Twitter).
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated content.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content, data, and agent configurations you create on AgentsBooks. By using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

The AgentsBooks platform, including its design, code, trademarks, and documentation, is the property of Spring Software and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

6. Fees & Billing

AgentsBooks offers both free and paid tiers. If you subscribe to a paid plan:

Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis (monthly or annually).
All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
We may change pricing with 30 days' prior notice.

7. Termination

You may terminate your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users, third parties, or the Service.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
